New Birmingham Horse Track is ready for improvements

I still have plans for a pub! I might try to get on tonight and have a look. It's about time
I got back to MCing.

Anyone wanting to build can find supplies in my base. You go down the stairs toward the stables and press the lower button on the right at the bottom of the stairs to open the door. If two people are going in, do so separately as upon entering the door closes and can crush the second person. If you are in need of something specific, let me know as I'm like gathering supplies better than planning and building.

I've updated the horse speed test track to a possibly better version.

Thanks to whomever put the jumps around the track. I may still do a separate steeplechase track for the jumps, etc. The new speed track is much better. It is undefined units. The best "time" I have gotten so far is 20, with several 23's. All I have are skellie horses. The slow/non-jumpers go to the glue/bone factory.

I also just took a skeli horse over to the track and got a 20, he really is useless at jumping though. He can't even get over a fence.

I've already gotten rid of one that could not jump. Need to take the time to check the rest of the herd.
