The Great Viking Wars - Recap

I figured, as entirely random and confusing as this is, that people new to the story might need a bit of a recap, so here we go, I'll try to make it as short as possible!

The Beginning

At the very start of season 3, everything was peaceful. People found places to call home, everyone were friendly. Until... Toonies and BShanks discovered they were both building viking villages, and came to the consensus: There is only room for one Viking Warlord on Hangouts!

And so it all began. Toonies became the leader of "The Vatnsmelóna Clan" (The Watermelon Clan aka The Melon Vikings) while BShanks became the leader of the fierce "The Warriors of Odin" aka the WoO.

The Melon Vikings struck the first blow, filling the WoO clans base with water melons and banners!


The WoO quickly retaliated with putting an outpost on the Melon Clans land, with a guillotine, making quick work of a melon(head), which was most gruesome! There was also some gruesome melon graves on the ground, that neither Viking remembered to take a photo of.


And thus the war between the Vikings begun!

Escalation

Not soon after these gruesome acts of war, both Viking clans started recruiting forces, from the rest of the population of hangouts. Both the Melon Clan and the WoO using thinly veiled threats of violence, religion or outright threats.

The WoO Recruitment center popped up, along a longboat, in the middle of spawn.


And The Melon Clans "Cave of Melontology" opened at spawn as well!

People were swearing fealty left and right, standing with either the one eyed WoO or the Melon Queen...

New Factions

Not everyone were happy swearing fealty to these gruesome Viking warlords, and several factions sprung up as a counter reaction to the sudden split of the Hangout population.

The Jordbær (The strawberry) was formed by Ananda, as a peace loving, "Make Rødgrød not war" faction, and "The Pirate Council" was formed by former subject of the Melon Queen, and double agent to the WoO (Under the code name "Dark Bunny"), Rosleen.

Offering adventure and freedom from the Viking warlords, "the Pirate Council" more people quickly joined the ranks.

Not soon after, a most awful misdirective attack occured. All over the NorthWest (Melon Clan area), WoO banners popped up on the maps! And equally at East, Melon banners turned up all over their map!

It turned out to be the work on none other, than the very spouse of the WoO Leader, Katrida, attempting to ignite the war between the two clans.

The Pirates and the WoO
The Pirate Queen Ros, took more severe recruitment methods into use, gaining more captains, which awoke the rage of the WoO Leader Shanks! Mostly because one of these new Captains happened to be the very traitor of both clans, his wife, Katrida!

Being lured to the pirate side, by a sparkly boat, Katrida turned her back to the WoO.

The Great Pumpkining of Season 3
Scorned and left by his own wife, Viking warlord of the WoO took his rage to spawn, covering every building of either Pirate or Melon Clan members shop, in an endless number of pumpkins.




Trying and failing, to direct the blame onto the pirates themself!

Sadly, and successfully capturing the Pirate Captain Ros in a cage, with a few choice words on it.


The Melon Clan, not being one to stand down to such insult against their shops, promptly answered, by covering the WoO base in a total of 162 boats. This is also refereed to as "The Boatening"

Viking Alliance?
Now the WoO has sailed their ships north, to the Melon Clans base, offering to talk peacefully..
